Full Job Description
Location: Remote - North America (Open to candidates across the Americas aligned time zones, with a preference for Eastern Time Zone) Fueled is a leading digital strategy, design, and engineering agency. We are a 300+ person team that has designed and built hundreds of digital products and experiences for brands like Google, Apple, The New York Times, ESPN, Victoria’s Secret, MGM Resorts, Albertsons, and CLEAR. As VP of Client Growth at Fueled, you’ll own the long-term health, retention, and growth of our client portfolio. This senior leadership role is for someone who sees client relationships as both an art and a business driver. You’ll lead the Client Growth organization, define how we partner with clients post-sale, and turn trust into measurable growth through renewals, scope expansion, and multi-year partnerships. As a member of the GTM Leadership Team, you’ll oversee key client relationships while building the team, playbook, and commercial discipline needed to turn strong client outcomes into a durable revenue engine.
