This role is based out of Chennai
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Extensive experience in Investment Banking Operations, with exposure to Derivative Middle Office / Trade Control functions, Proven expertise across Trade, positions, Balance Sheet account substantiations lifecycle management, and exception resolution, risk and control mindset, with experience owning audits, RCSAs, and remediation plans, Demonstrated people management experience, including leading managers and SMEs, Ability to manage high pressure environments and tight deadlines with accuracy and ownership, Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
understanding of derivative products across asset classes, including Rates, Equities, Structured and Exotic products, Prior exposure to Middle Office Operations, Sales Support, or Product Control, Experience driving automation and strategic change in complex operational environments, Functional expertise in Managing Reconciliation out of Reconciliation Tools: Automated/Manual workflows, Proven Track record in managing risk & governance through RCSA, Audit & Control framework
What You'll Do.
Support business areas with day-to-day processing

Development and implementation of operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency
Development of reports and presentations on operational performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders
Identification of industry trends and developments to implement best practice in banking operations
Participation in projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
