Lead go-to-market planning, product launches, content strategy, and customer engagement initiatives to strengthen brand presence and market impact. Oversee marketing budget planning and financial management, ensuring disciplined allocation of resources and strong ROI accountability. Define, track, and report on KPIs, marketing performance metrics, and sales enablement effectiveness to guide decision-making. Develop scalable sales enablement tools, programs, and resources to support field teams and drive revenue performance. Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and business leaders to ensure alignment and execution consistency. Conduct regular business reviews and stakeholder communications to report progress, priorities, and performance outcomes.
