Must Have
15+ years supply chain, logistics, or warehousing leadership, 5+ years VP-level or senior executive role, Manage multi-site distribution center networks, Expertise in WMS, TMS, and ERP systems, Experience in B2B industrial, manufacturing, or e-commerce fulfillment, Financial acumen with P&L ownership, Lead large, diverse teams across multiple geographies, Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field, Available to travel frequently
Nice to Have
MBA or advanced degree, APICS CSCP, CLTD, or equivalent certification, Experience with high-SKU-count catalog businesses, Familiarity with MISUMI's business model, Deep experience in international trade compliance, Hands-on experience managing outbound logistics, Experience applying AI, ML, or advanced analytics, Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent, Experience deploying automation, robotics, or goods-to-person systems

Define Americas logistics and warehousing strategy
and scale logistics team
Serve as senior logistics voice in executive planning
Build culture of continuous improvement
Champion adoption of AI and emerging technologies
Oversee day-to-day distribution center operations
Drive KPI performance
Lead facility rationalization
Oversee facility contract negotiations
Optimize WMS and automation technologies
Ensure Business Continuity Plans are in place
Identify and pilot AI-powered tools
Negotiate and manage carrier relationships
Design and optimize transportation lanes
Oversee last-mile delivery strategy
Leverage AI-driven route optimization
Own end-to-end import operations
Ensure compliance with CBP regulations
Manage relationships with customs brokers
Monitor and adapt to changes in trade policy
Maintain accurate import documentation
Serve as logistics subject matter expert
Support and uplevel outbound logistics capabilities
Identify gaps in outbound logistics performance
Develop targeted improvement plans
Share Americas best practices
Engage with regional logistics leads
Track progress against shared goals
Partner cross-functionally with leadership
Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards
Surface operational insights to senior leadership
