## Description You are the mastermind behind our egg-vents 🥚! You’re always one step ahead of the game and able to tackle challenging situations with ease. Our visions come true with your event-planning expertise! ## Main Responsibilities Develop detailed itineraries, floor plans, and back-up plans to ensure the smooth-ie flow of events. Manage venue bookings with CUS and/or the Sauder Events Team. Assist with all aspects of event planning including vision, organization, and execution. Coordinate event sign-up and follow-up information in timely manners. Communicate and act as the main point of contact for event planning in-pho-mation. ## Fruity Powers Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to adapt to changes quickly and create contingency plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience using MS Excel/Google sheets and Showpass is an asset. ## Learning Outcomes Gain extensive event planning and execution experience. Strengthen organization and thyme-management 🍃 skills.
