About the Role We’re hiring a VP, Legal - Construction to lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of Nscale’s data centre infrastructure across the UK and broader EMEA region. In this role, you will sit at the centre of Nscale’s infrastructure expansion, connecting design, engineering, construction, procurement, vendor management, operations, finance, and commercial teams. You will lead major programmes across multiple sites, support technical and commercial negotiations for colocation partnerships, and help shape infrastructure requirements that enable growth. This role is critical to Nscale’s ability to deliver high-quality, energy-efficient, and scalable facilities that meet demanding operational standards.
