Must Have
Bachelor's degree, 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in integrations, transformation, technology, operations, consulting, or enterprise program leadership, Proven experience leading post‑acquisition integrations in large, complex organizations, understanding of enterprise systems, data architecture, and technology integration, Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross‑functional teams and influence at the executive level, Ability to manage multiple large initiatives simultaneously in fast‑paced, growth-oriented environments
Nice to Have
MBA or relevant advanced degree, Experience in RCM, healthcare services, financial services, or enterprise B2B services, Background in scaling organizations through acquisition, Global experience managing distributed teams across multiple regions, Expertise in change management and organizational transformation, Experience operating in a regulated healthcare, RCM, or related services experience
What You'll Do.
Oversee end to end integration strategy and execution

Develop and own the enterprise integration strategy for mergers

Lead post‑merger integration (PMI) planning and execution across people
Ensure rapid realization of acquisition synergies while minimizing disruption to client services
and revenue integrity
Define integration roadmaps

and decommission legacy systems when appropriate
Ensure integrations meet HIPAA

Partner with HR and leadership to design organizational structures

Build trust and alignment across diverse cultures
