Bachelor's degree, 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in integrations, transformation, technology, operations, consulting, or enterprise program leadership, Proven experience leading post‑acquisition integrations in large, complex organizations, understanding of enterprise systems, data architecture, and technology integration, Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross‑functional teams and influence at the executive level, Ability to manage multiple large initiatives simultaneously in fast‑paced, growth-oriented environments

Nice to Have

MBA or relevant advanced degree, Experience in RCM, healthcare services, financial services, or enterprise B2B services, Background in scaling organizations through acquisition, Global experience managing distributed teams across multiple regions, Expertise in change management and organizational transformation, Experience operating in a regulated healthcare, RCM, or related services experience
