Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Lead the development of full-funnel influencer marketing strategies across awareness, engagement, and conversion objectives. Design and implement creator go-to-market frameworks aligned with broader brand, product, and cultural initiatives. Define KPIs, measurement models, and optimization frameworks to connect influencer activity to measurable business impact. Serve as the primary strategic advisor for key client accounts, owning relationships, strategy, and performance outcomes. Lead client presentations, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions with senior stakeholders and C-suite audiences. Drive account growth by identifying upsell opportunities, expanding scopes, and strengthening long-term partnerships. Oversee creator sourcing, vetting, contracting, negotiation, and relationship management across all campaign tiers. Ensure strong alignment between creators and brand objectives, audience fit, and campaign performance expectations. Champion the integration of AI-powered tools across influencer workflows, including discovery, analytics, and optimization. Partner with data and product teams to enhance proprietary intelligence capabilities for campaign performance and creator selection. Lead and mentor a high-performing team of strategists and managers, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. Manage budgets, campaign profitability, and resource allocation across multiple client accounts. Support new business efforts including pitch development, strategic positioning, and capability storytelling. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator strategy, or brand partnerships, including senior leadership experience. Proven success in building and scaling performance-driven influencer programs with measurable business outcomes.
