15+ years of progressive experience in HR/People leadership roles, at least 5+ years in a senior leadership capacity, Proven experience scaling HR/People functions in high-growth technology or SaaS companies, expertise across talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and HR operations, Experience supporting global teams and navigating multi-jurisdictional employment practices, business acumen with the ability to align HR/People strategy to company outcomes, Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging people analytics
