Must Have
15+ years of progressive experience in HR/People leadership roles, at least 5+ years in a senior leadership capacity, Proven experience scaling HR/People functions in high-growth technology or SaaS companies, expertise across talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and HR operations, Experience supporting global teams and navigating multi-jurisdictional employment practices, business acumen with the ability to align HR/People strategy to company outcomes, Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging people analytics

Experience in AI, SaaS, or high-growth startup environments, ownership mindset with a bias toward action, you move quickly, prioritize effectively, and solve problems proactively, Ability to balance empathy with high performance standards, Experience building culture in distributed or hybrid organizations, Passion for building inclusive, high-performing teams
What You'll Do.
Define and execute a comprehensive People strategy aligned with Netomi’s business goals and growth trajectory
and scale a high-performing People/HR team
Own global hiring strategy across technical
Build scalable recruiting processes
Shape and evolve Netomi’s culture to support high performance
Drive employee engagement
and experience initiatives
Design and implement feedback mechanisms (surveys
listening programs) and action plans
and inclusion across the organization
Design and implement performance management frameworks aligned with company goals
Build leadership development and succession planning programs
Enable managers with tools and training to effectively lead teams
Drive learning & development initiatives across all levels
Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs
Partner with Finance and Legal on equity compensation strategy and benchmarking
Ensure alignment of rewards with performance and company objectives
Build and scale HR processes
and systems to support a growing global workforce
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across jurisdictions
and reporting to drive data-informed decisions
Manage employee relations and provide guidance on complex HR matters

Team & Collaboration
