Must Have
12 + years of experience across Audit or Audit Technology Delivery, preferably in financial services or other regulated environments, Demonstrated experience in audit leadership and/or audit technology execution and implementation, Proven people leadership experience managing technology teams, not solely audit professionals, Experience with data platforms, analytics, automation, and cloud-based solutions
Nice to Have
AI-Enabled Audit Capabilities, Exposure to AI-enabled capabilities in audit, risk, or control functions preferred

supporting data-driven testing and advanced analytics
supporting continuous monitoring and thematic risk analysis
supporting scalable global audit delivery
ensuring solutions are robust
and aligned with Corporate Audit methodology and GTS standards
driving adoption and consistent usage across audit teams
leading the implementation of AI-enabled capabilities for auditors
partnering with audit leadership to support coverage of AI governance
and emerging technologies
ensuring AI is embedded responsibly into audit workflows
leading and developing a high-performing team of audit technologists
providing hands-on leadership to developers and delivery teams
managing delivery across onshore and offshore teams
overseeing third-party vendors and strategic partners
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
partner with Audit; partner with Corporate Audit leadership; collaborate with Enterprise Technology, Cybersecurity, Data, Risk, and Compliance teams; serve as the primary technology partner to Corporate Audit senior leadership; lead teams of technologists and developers; lead and develop a high-performing team of audit technologists, engineers, data specialists, and platform owners; provide hands-on leadership to developers and delivery teams; manage delivery across onshore and offshore teams
Communication Scope
Clear communication; ability to influence across functions; support audit leadership in regulatory and senior management discussions
