Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead and drive sustained, above-market revenue growth across the Canadian sales organization. Manage and develop a high-performing sales team focused on acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts. Build and strengthen long-term relationships with senior-level decision makers across key advertiser categories. Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities, including high-growth verticals such as CPG, adult beverage, and pharmaceuticals. Develop client-centric advertising solutions leveraging in-store media, digital incentives, and omnichannel retail capabilities. Partner with internal teams (marketing, insights, digital strategy, operations, finance) to design compelling, data-driven client proposals. Maintain disciplined forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting to senior leadership on a weekly basis. Ensure consistent execution of sales strategies aligned with revenue targets and market growth objectives. Coach, mentor, and develop team members to elevate overall sales capability and performance. Continuously refine go-to-market strategies based on market trends, client feedback, and competitive dynamics. Requirements: Proven track record of delivering consistent revenue growth in advertising, media, retail marketing, or CPG-related industries. Demonstrated success leading and scaling high-performing sales teams in a competitive, target-driven environment. Strong ability to engage and influence senior-level decision makers and enterprise clients. Experience building strategic, data-driven sales proposals and customized client solutions. Highly results-oriented leader with strong business acumen and commercial judgment. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
