Must Have
15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, Deep expertise in Finance systems and architecture (ERP, EPM, analytics, AI), Proven track record leading large-scale transformation in Finance Technology, Experience supporting multiple enterprise functions, preferably to include Investments, or similar real-time, high-visibility environments, understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud, data, and integration strategies, Experience with automation, AI/ML, and digital transformation initiatives, Strategic thinker with ability to translate business objectives into technology roadmaps, executive presence and stakeholder management skills, Proven ability to build and lead high-performing, globally distributed teams, Disciplined in governance, execution, and value realization
