About the Role We’re hiring a VP, Corporate Strategy, Transaction Advisory to lead how Nscale evaluates strategic capital raises, infrastructure investments, M&A opportunities, financing transactions, and large-scale technology programmes before major capital decisions are made. This is a senior, high-impact role at the intersection of technical diligence, infrastructure engineering, investment strategy, and commercial evaluation. You will act as a trusted executive advisor across engineering, infrastructure, operations, finance, legal, corporate strategy, and investment teams, bringing independent judgement to whether complex AI infrastructure programmes are technically feasible, commercially sound, operationally resilient, and ready for capital commitment. Your work will shape how Nscale assesses execution risk, downside protection, revenue assurance, SLA feasibility, and operational readiness across critical growth initiatives. You will build the diligence standards, review mechanisms, and executive decision frameworks that help Nscale move quickly while making well-grounded, risk-aware decisions on the infrastructure that powers the future
