About the Role We’re hiring a Vice President, Corporate Development, Debt Capital Markets to lead strategic growth initiatives, capital formation, and transaction execution across the digital infrastructure sector. This role will work closely with executive leadership, investors, lenders, and operational teams to evaluate and execute M&A opportunities, support financing transactions and capital raises, and advance corporate development priorities across the business. You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, finance, and execution, partnering across finance, operations, legal, and technical teams to assess commercial opportunities and investment risk.
