THE OPPORTUNITY: This is a build role. Abby Care has a working compliance foundation and an experienced, growing legal function, but the next phase of growth, from state expansion, new home-based health care programs, AI-enabled clinical and operational tools, and M&A activity, requires a senior compliance leader who can operate the program at federal-investigation grade while moving at the pace of a growth-stage operator. You will design, build, deploy, and lead Abby Care's enterprise-wide compliance program and the team that runs it. You will report to the General Counsel, partner closely with Legal on regulatory and risk matters, and have independent access to the Board's Audit and Compliance Committee. You will chair the Com
