Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Partner with senior leadership to identify, prioritize, and advance enterprise transformation opportunities aligned with strategic business goals. Lead the development of data-driven business cases, including financial modeling, ROI analysis, and risk assessment for key initiatives. Oversee cross-functional improvement programs focused on efficiency, cost optimization, scalability, and customer and employee experience enhancement. Collaborate closely with operational teams to analyze processes, identify pain points, and define improvement opportunities. Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure successful solution design and implementation. Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Process Analysts while promoting best practices in process improvement and transformation delivery. Drive execution of transformation initiatives through structured change management frameworks and ensure adoption and value realization. Monitor progress of initiatives and provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, transformation, or business improvement roles within complex organizations. 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a matrix or enterprise environment. Strong expertise in business case development, financial analysis, and data-driven decision-making. Proven experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives from ideation through execution. Deep knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience working with senior and executive leadership. Experience collaborating closely with IT teams on technology-enabled business transformation initiatives. Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business analysis to
