What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of business development experience within renewable energy, solar, and/or energy storage markets, Proven track record closing complex, multi-million-dollar service agreements and long-term customer partnerships, Existing relationships with decision-makers across the solar and energy storage ecosystem, Deep understanding of BESS service models, O&M programs, and LTSA contract structures, Experience negotiating commercial agreements involving SLAs, performance guarantees, and operational risk allocation, Experience operating as both an individual contributor and team leader, executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and operational leadership teams, Proven ability to build scalable commercial processes and high-performing business development organizations, Strategic, highly accountable, and results-driven with a ownership mindset
What You'll Do.

Build and strengthen executive-level relationships with developers
