What They're Looking For.

Must Have

12+ years of experience in business development, strategic alliances, corporate development, or a related field—ideally within enterprise software or the broader tech sector, Demonstrated track record of structuring and closing complex, multi-party commercial agreements and technology partnerships, command of financial modeling, partnership economics, and the ability to translate quantitative analysis into executive-level recommendations, Deep understanding of the enterprise software landscape—particularly SaaS, AI/automation, or platform businesses—with the ability to engage credibly with both technical and business audiences, Exceptional communicator and comfortable operating at the C-suite and board level, both internally and with external partners, Collaborative, low-ego mindset with the ability to influence without authority across a matrixed organization

Nice to Have

MBA a plus, Familiarity with corporate development concepts and deal mechanics (M&A, minority investments, JVs) is a meaningful prior experience in investment banking, VC, or corp dev is welcomed, network across enterprise tech, cloud, and the broader AI/automation ecosystem

What You'll Do.

Owning and driving the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic partnerships—from initial outreach and opportunity qualification through deal structuring

Developing and executing a partner ecosystem strategy spanning technology alliances

Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of BD track and report partnership performance metrics against ARR contribution

Conducting rigorous financial modeling and business case development to evaluate partnership economics

including revenue share

and builduy/partner tradeoffs

Supporting select corporate development activities—including minority investments

strategic alliances with financial components

and inorganic growth initiatives—in partnership with Finance and Legal

Representing Automation Anywhere externally with partners
