Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, Proven success in a professional sales role with significant cold-calling and outbound prospecting experience, Demonstrated experience managing, coaching, and scaling high-performing sales individual contributors, analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and performance, Highly effective communicator with presentation and relationship-building skills, Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing, collaborative environment, Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
What You'll Do.
Lead and manage the Client Acquisition Team
cold calling and selling the Ascent platform to prospective clients
Serve in a working management capacity by personally engaging in cold calling
and closing new client opportunities
and integrate internal and external data tools to support client acquisition and strategic growth initiatives
Identify and evaluate prospective clients using both qualitative insights and quantitative analysis
Develop and maintain robust metrics and reporting related to outreach activity
Systematically capture and report key market intelligence from prospect conversations
Translate market intelligence into actionable recommendations to inform and refine sector and expansion strategies
and develop Acquisition Team Associates
