## Accountabilities Lead and oversee key pharmaceutical client accounts, ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and delivery of high-quality marketing and communications solutions. Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships, acting as a trusted strategic partner and advisor across brand, market access, and communications initiatives. Lead annual brand planning processes, ensuring integration of market insights, competitive intelligence, and scientific/medical considerations. Direct cross-functional agency teams including account, creative, strategy, and project management resources to deliver effective multi-channel campaigns. Oversee account financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and resource allocation across assigned brands. Guide, mentor, and develop account teams, supporting career growth, performance management, and skills development through ongoing coaching and feedback. Collaborate closely with creative and strategy teams to ensure high-quality, impactful campaign execution aligned with client objectives. Ensure efficient project delivery by managing timelines, workflows, and operational processes in coordination with internal teams. Identify and support new business opportunities, contributing to pitches, proposals, and organic account growth initiatives.
