12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising, Minimum 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising agencies, Proven success managing multiple client accounts, Proven success leading large, cross-functional agency teams, Background in digital and multi-channel marketing strategy, Demonstrated ability to build and maintain senior-level client relationships, Experience leading brand planning, Experience leading budget development, Experience leading integrated campaign execution, New business experience, Track record of driving organic growth, Track record of identifying strategic opportunities, Excellent leadership skills, Mentoring skills, Team development skills, Superior presentation skills, Superior communication skills, Financial acumen, Experience managing account profitability, Experience managing budgets, Experience managing operational efficiency, Ability to travel as required, Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
