At least one (1) year of related customer experience is required.
What You'll Do.
Manage league operations for players
and site team operations.
Manage scheduling for the leagues.
Assist with team communication.
Assist with equipment installs and management.
Assist with league prizes.
Create schedules across 8 Goat locations in 4 states.
Manages daily functions for the league and teams.
assess and assist during league play.
Monitor volleyball league operations with site management.
Direct and enforce volleyball league rules
policies and guidelines.
Support and help to bring in new business.
and promote league play / sign-ups.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Build relationships with site Team Members, players, guests, residents within the communities.; Communicate and work on scheduling adjustments, cancellations, etc. as needed.; Partner with Community Leaders to actively maintain upkeep of equipment and materials at site.; Attend site specific meetings as it pertains to volleyball and operational efficiency.
