## Description This is a full-time hybrid opportunity for a Voice Engineer only from Sao Paulo, Brazil. We are looking for a highly qualified professional to fill the position of Telecommunications Analyst in our team. The main focus of this role will be to act as an analyst specialized in the services of a TDM/VOIP telephone operator. The ideal candidate will have experience in activating, managing and monitoringTDM/VOIP telephony systems, with outstanding skills in analyzing VoIP/SIP calls. Inaddition, advanced knowledge of TCP/IP network protocols and SIP signaling is desirable. Deep analysis of the SIP protocol for performance monitoring and troubleshooting. Provide advanced support in the Telephony area for end customers and work in the operations area. Collect event logs and traces to analyze and troubleshoot systems. Actively monitor telecom networks, gateways, SBC and cloud instances. Operate Telecom devices, monitoring platforms, working on alarm management. Share knowledge through training and support to other analysts on the team Conduct integration process between PABX/ UCaaS systems and other platforms such as CRM. ## Requirements Knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure (IP and Voice services). 10+ years of experience in configuring and troubleshooting Routers; Switches and Telephone Systems.
