Must Have
Demonstrable experience of providing technical, decision making and problem solving leadership for a domain, Demonstrate the ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders within the organization to act as the liaison between the business, other technical communities and the 3rd party delivery teams to ensure the delivery of the business requirements, Knowledge and experience of all aspects of development with a good knowledge of software development practices, processes, and tooling to support large scale enterprise solutions, Experience with both manual and automated tooling enabling rapid development and delivery of software, Experience of working with a range of infrastructure technologies, software delivery and programme delivery methodologies

What You'll Do.

end-to-end lifecycle of technology used to provide services within the domain
capacity management and system optimisation
enhancing reliability
and cost-effectiveness
Provide technical leadership to the Design community spanning strategy to implementation
interfacing with various internal teams and external teams to ensure technology meets customer needs and also fulfils regulatory requirements
Collaborating and helping to direct key development partners and internal teams to deliver new and enhance existing strategic systems capability
Collaborate with partners to produce clear low/high level designs and a development plan
driving development using practical knowledge of best practices and focussing on development quality and functional capability delivery
Drive effective partner management
