What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Expert knowledge of OSS solutions, Good understanding of mobile network architecture, Expert knowledge of Data Interfaces protocols, Master Data Management (MDM), TOGAF 9. 1 Certified, Practical experience of the TM Forum frameworks, experience of providing technical, decision making and problem-solving leadership, Demonstrate the ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders
Nice to Have
semantic data modelling within a multi-vendor telco environment, creation of data standards and governance policies
What You'll Do.
Provide technical leadership
Provide strategic oversight for OSS Data
Manage data exchange and interface delivery
Ensure domain designs align with business outcomes
Govern end-to-end delivery lifecycle
Gather and translate network requirements
Produce and govern technical library
Guide solutions through delivery lifecycle
Ensure interface deliveries conform to contractual outcomes
Advise Programme Managers on technical risk
Drive evolution of integration processes
Create data standards and governance policies
Act as technical bridge
Support RFP activities
Manage senior stakeholders
