What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least five years of professional experience, Minimum of three years in IT administration, Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter), Good understanding of virtualization concepts and datacenter operations, Experience with Storage (SAN / NAS), Networking basics (VLANs, routing, firewalls), Knowledge of backup solutions (Veeam, Commvault, etc.), Experience with Windows and/or Linux environments, Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, Experience with PowerShell, Bash, REST APIs, Ansible, Terraform, and scripting, English on Upper Intermediate (B2) level
Nice to Have
Master’s or diploma degree with relevant professional experience, or comparable knowledge and skills, Experience with Nutanix AOS, AHV, Prism, LCM, Experience with storage containers, protection domains, snapshots, replication, performance analysis, and troubleshooting, Good with Microsoft Windows and Linux infrastructures, as well as central services (AD, DNS, DHCP, file services, etc.), ITIL Foundation certification
What You'll Do.
Administration and operation of VMware vSphere environment
and performance optimization of virtual infrastructure
Management of virtual machines lifecycle
Backup and recovery support
Patch management and upgrades of VMware components
Incident and problem resolution (2nd / 3rd level support)
and migration of Nutanix cloud infrastructures
Implementation and administration of Nutanix Prism
Scripting with PowerShell
Leading the automation and standardization of operational workflows
and execution of commissioning and operation of complex systems
Handling and execution of complex tasks and assignments
Installation and maintenance of tools
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaboration with infrastructure, network, and security teams; Support of projects related to virtualization and datacenter technologies; Participation in the preparation of decision papers and technical concepts; High level of cooperation, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills
Communication Scope
Speak English on Upper Intermediate (B2) level and you have communication skills
Process & Methodology
Support of projects related to virtualization and datacenter technologies, Planning, design, and execution of commissioning and operation of complex systems, Management and coordination of order processing
