Must Have
Similar experience in a prior role under large scale project environment, Significant years of hands-on experience with VMware virtualization technologies in enterprise environments, Advanced proficiency with VMware vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, and hypervisor management, Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing virtualization architectures for large-scale data centers, Experience with performance tuning, capacity planning, and optimization of virtualized environments, Solid understanding of storage technologies, networking, and security as they relate to virtualization, Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions, Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, communication and documentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly, Experience working in organized, detail-oriented environments with a focus on efficiency and reliability
Nice to Have
Experience with hybrid cloud solutions, containerization, or infrastructure-as-code methodologies, Knowledge of compliance and security frameworks relevant to virtualized environments
