Project - the aim you'll have We’re looking for a highly autonomous Platform AI Engineer to join our team and help strengthen the core systems behind our AI-powered product. This is not a traditional feature-focused backend role. Instead, this position sits at the intersection of AI systems, infrastructure, performance optimization, and platform reliability. You will work on cross-cutting technical challenges across the codebase diagnosing performance issues, improving observability, enhancing AI agent reliability, and elevating system-wide code quality. As part of a small, fast-moving team leveraging AI development tools (including Claude Code), you will have broad ownership and the opportunity to influence architecture, evaluation frameworks, and system scalability. This role requires strong systems thinking, adaptability, and the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
