Reporting into the Visual Merchandising Manager – Promotional Campaigns on a **Part Time,** **Fixed Term Contract, working 4 days per week, until September 2027.** **The Role You Could Play** At MECCA, we are continuing to elevate the retail experience through innovative and immersive digital storytelling across our store network. As the VM Digital Coordinator, you will play a key role in bringing campaigns to life through strategic digital planning, creative coordination, and operational excellence across our in-store digital screens. Working closely with Marketing, Design, Content and VM teams, you will help shape how customers experience our campaigns and brand moments across every MECCA environment. **What You Will Be Doing** * Coordinate and manage the Digital Promotional Calendar across the retail network * Develop and execute digital content rollouts for campaigns, activations, and new store openings * Create and manage briefs, critical paths, and workflows to support cross-functional campaign delivery * Upload, schedule, maintain, and optimise digital content through CMS platforms * Support stores with Digital VM queries and provide operational support during campaign launches and peak trade periods **What You Will Bring** * Experience coordinating digital content, campaign execution, or VM activity across multiple touchpoints * Strong understanding of digital workflows, critical paths, and cross-functional briefing processes * Experience using CMS platforms to upload and maintain digital content * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including a general understanding of After Effects and Media Encoder * Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook * Experience working within a fast-paced retail environment is highly desirable **Your Life At MECCA** Whilst we are singularly focused on our #CustomerFirst mantra, we know that wouldn’t be possible without an incredible team that is guided by our MECCA values and motivated each a
