What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience (5+ years) of working in broadcast IT deploying and managing Vizrt products in production environments, Proven experience writing technical documentation including system architecture design, project scope, post implementation and system handover documentation, Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Systems Engineering or a similar field
Nice to Have
Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), virtual machine infrastructure (VMware) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for improved communication skills and workplace efficiency
What You'll Do.
Provide technical leadership and guidance
Ownership of end-to-end deployment of Vizrt solutions
Develop and maintain technical documentation
Define and implement deployment strategies
rollback procedures and post-deployment verification steps
Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues
Monitor system performance
Ensure compliance with security and governance policies
Lead the technical project delivery of Vizrt products and systems
Collect and share enhanced knowledge and customer feedback
Analyse and comprehend product changes and new features

Vizrt are looking for a talented and driven Systems Engineer to join our project delivery team to contribute to the successful implementation of projects to maximise customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical leadership and guidance - serve as customer-facing subject matter expert, ensuring the application of best practices throughout the project delivery lifecycle. * Ownership of end-to-end deployment of Vizrt solutions, including requirements analysis, system design, configuration, testing, and installation in production environments. * Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design and configuration details, operational procedures, knowledge transfer materials, and post-implementation reports. * Active communication with stakeholders including customers, Vizrt R&D, product and support teams to ensure smooth project deployment. * Define and implement deployment strategies, rollback procedures and post-deployment verification steps. * Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues in development, staging, and production environments. * Monitor system performance and ensure deployments meet operational standards and SLAs. * Ensure compliance with security and governance policies during deployment processes. **Tasks and Duties:** * Lead the technical project delivery of Vizrt products and systems. * Help to build a Customer Success mindset across the organization through effective partnership working, advocacy and professionalism as a member of the Global Services team. * Ensure the accuracy of time-reporting and other project-related administrative tasks. * Collect and share enhanced knowledge and customer feedback to support continuous im
