Visual QA Lead The opportunity Monks is seeking an English-speaking Visual QA Lead to manage our quality assurance team and oversee the visual integrity of our work for a major international account. In this management role, you will be responsible for the entire QA operation, defining standards and leading a team of experts to excellence. If you are a leader with a design background who thrives in optimizing processes and managing high-performing teams, we’d love to have a look at your application. In this role you will: Lead and coordinate the Visual QA team Define and improve QA processes, standards, and workflows Manage project allocations, priorities, and QA coverage Support hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and team development Collaborate with PMs, creatives, production teams, and stakeholders Review escalations, complex QA cases, and delivery risks Ensure documentation, reporting, and communication consistency Responsible for measuring and tracking project quality KPIs Monitor and update metrics on a monthly cadence Share KPI reports and quality insights with relevant stakeholders regularly Experience you already have: Strong experience in Visual QA, Creative Production, or QA Operations Previous leadership or people management experience Strong understanding of QA methodologies and creative workflows Experience with Jira, DAM systems, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills Ability to lead teams, improve proces
