What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Solid understanding of visual merchandising principles, store layouts and consumer journey, Passionate about Visual Merchandising and styling with an eye for detail, Leadership and teamwork skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Create Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Experience in rendering and/or graphic design programs such as Sketch-up and Figma (or a comparable program), Creative problem solver, agile and can adapt to developing situations and provide solutions that work within our budget and timeline, Ability to consistently evaluate and evolve existing processes, Highly collaborative working style, Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships and share in feedback loops, Excellent planning, organizing and project management skills, Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, Enthusiastic and creative with a flair for design and color, Interest in popular culture and current trends, Understanding of the active apparel market and the key outdoor activities we make product for, Willing and able to travel within North America as required

Supporting the creation of seasonal and monthly visual merchandising directives
Participating in the set up of go-to-market milestone or other meetings
Developing visual strategies for dedicated categories
Partnering closely with Merchandising
Planning and Allocations partners to support product journey maps
markdowns and other product flow strategies
Evolving the approach and processes with a continuous improvement
Partnering with cross-functional teams to drive VM strategies and enable creative
in-store product stories
Aligning the fleet by sharing feedback and evolution
Connecting and collaborating monthly with Regional Visual Merchandisers
Developing and delivering product presentations for key calendar touchpoints
Participating in market visits to gain additional store and competitor insights and feedback
Seeking continuous feedback from leaders and other crossfunctional partners
