What They're Looking For.

Must Have

6–9 years of experience in visual merchandising operations, retail fixture development, store planning, or in-store experience management, Experience supporting multi-location or multi-market retail environments, Demonstrated ownership of fixture production, project management skills, Experience working cross-functionally with Creative and Design teams, Experience managing external vendors, fabrication partners, and logistics providers, Demonstrated financial discipline, High attention to detail, commitment to executional excellence, commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools

Nice to Have

preferably within a premium or consumer technology brand, understanding of regional retail nuances, oversight of material selection, finish consistency, quality control standards, ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders simultaneously, budget tracking, cost management

What You'll Do.

Own day-to-day operational execution of visual merchandising initiatives

Partner with leadership to translate creative concepts into production plans

Ensure consistency in materials

Apply regional retail expertise to ensure global concepts are executed

Manage project timelines

and vendor relationships

Coordinate domestic and international logistics

Own proactive and reactive maintenance of in-store fixtures

Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner with the Head of Visual Merchandising, Creative, and Retail Experience Design; working cross-functionally with Creative and Design teams

Process & Methodology

Manage project timelines, Manage budgets, Manage fabrication partners, Manage vendor relationships, project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders simultaneously
