This role will partner with the EMEA merchandising teams to build product strategies against store capacities and typical layouts. The role supplements and influences the global VM seasonal communication to drive brand consistency and retail excellence in EMEA. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Buying, Merchandising, Sales, Global VM, Wholesale Strategy and Marketing, to ensure a cohesive 360° execution of visual strategies which are brand right and commercially successful. **Key Responsibilities:** * Proactively ensure the strategic alignment and carry through of visual merchandising (VM) initiatives across the EMEA region (premarket and post in-store delivery) for all channels – wholesale, retail, outlet * Actively influences the merchant and buying teams assortment planning in relation to product mix (Fashion to core program) and sku capacity for key lo
