Extensive experience in Visual Merchandising within the premium luxury retail sector, Ability to work under pressure, adapt and manage heavy work periods including extended hours, Ability to travel for showroom set-up’s, mock shops and store flips, Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, partners and channels, Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across departments, Ability to differentiate visual merchandising direction across channels and between varying brand assortments, ages and genders, Experience with many divisional product categories. Men’s, Women’s, Children’s, Close to Body, Accessories, Tommy Jeans, Experience working across different retail channels – Wholesale, Retail, Outlet, Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Good Photography skills with a iPhone
Nice to Have
Experience in buying or planning is an asset, Knowledge of Mac based platform, Knowledge of InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite an asset, Knowledge of SketchUp an asset
What You'll Do.
Ensuring the strategic development and alignment of visual merchandising (VM) initiatives across the EMEA region from a product assortment point of view
Partner with the EMEA merchandising teams to build product strategies against store capacities and typical layouts
Supplement and influence the global VM seasonal communication to drive brand consistency and retail excellence in EMEA
Ensure a cohesive 360° execution of visual strategies which are brand right and commercially successful
Proactively ensure the strategic alignment and carry through of visual merchandising (VM) initiatives across the EMEA region (premarket and post in-store delivery) for all channels – wholesale
Actively influences the merchant and buying teams assortment planning in relation to product mix (Fashion to core program) and sku capacity for key locations - prior to each market and buy
Supports and influences the development of Global VM guidelines for the benefit of EMEA direction based on the influencing and planning factors of the buy and depth ownership
Supports the Showroom set-up and product strategy
Follows up on and recaps the seasonal success and learnings of VM implementation and Visual Assortment recommendation commercially and from a brand elevation perspective
