Preferably in a sports/fashion customer focused retail environment, Detailed knowledge of the product and Retail industry, Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays and space utilisation, Creative and innovative thinker, Exceptional attention to detail and Client-Service Mindset, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and creative environment, Teamwork and cooperation

Ensure store image is attractive and commercial
Apply visual merchandising standards and guidelines
Perform store changes quickly and orderly
Optimise selling space using profitability analysis tools
Be aware of sales figures and performance indicators
Adapt to sales results and find solutions
Be aware of customer profile and competitor strategies
Ensure store replenishment and additional orders
Communicate new products and merchandising changes
Report to management team
Support managerial store duties
Collaborate with store team members
