Full Job Description
OVERVIEW: At Gymshark, our mission is to Unite the Conditioning Community. We do this by bringing together the Gymshark family – whether it be through a love of conditioning, wearing our product, following our Athletes or viewing content across our various social platforms. We’re looking for a creative and commercially driven Visual Merchandiser to bring our brand to life in our Kalverstraat store in Amsterdam. You’ll play a key role in shaping how customers experience the brand, delivering inspiring, inclusive, and visually impactful retail environments. From striking window displays to immersive in-store storytelling, you’ll combine creativity with operational excellence to ensure our store stands out in one of Europe’s busiest shopping destinations. WORKING HOURS: Full Time including some weekend YOU WILL : Design and deliver impactful window displays and creative installations aligned with brand direction Create a best-in-class in-store experience that reflects modern customer behaviour Plan and execute visual merchandising updates for campaigns, launches, and events React to global, local, and hyper-local trends to keep the store fresh and relevantLead, develop, and inspire a visual merchandising team in-store Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Events, Retail Ops, and Training teams Manage digital display content, ensuring relevance and functionality Oversee all props, mannequins, and in-store displays, maintaining exceptional standards Support store performance and KPIs by driving footfall and conversion through visual execution Deliver training and best practice sharing across the store team Maintain visual merchandising equipment and uphold store standards Support in-store activations and external events, including pop-ups Champion inclusivity in all visual and customer-facing touchpoints ESSENTIAL SKILLS: Proven experience in a visual merchandising role Strong understanding of fashion/fitness retail trends Technical knowledge of store planning and VM
