What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 2+ years’ experience in premium or luxury fashion retail, ideally in a supervisory or management-related role, At least 3+ years’ experience in visual merchandising or a product-focused role, Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a dynamic retail environment, track record of achieving sales targets and delivering commercial results, Excellent product knowledge, including brands, fashion trends, and materials, Solid understanding of retail operations, including merchandising standards, stock control, and loss prevention

Oversee the visual merchandising team
Drive brand presentation excellence
Contribute to the store’s commercial success
Drive the commercial success of the store through impactful visual merchandising
Identify key visual and commercial opportunities
Oversee the implementation of strategic visual merchandising plans
Analyse store performance data and customer feedback
Take ownership of the daily execution of visual standards
Lead and inspire your store team
and upskill the sales team
Oversee daily operations
Monitor and achieve store-level KPIs
Ensure wage controls are met weekly
Control stock movement
Support with the execution of accurate store audits
Implement visual standards according to the company guidelines

Whether it’s prepping the shop floor to our brand guidelines, collaborating with head office visual merchandising teams, or coaching your team on brand presentation standards, with Frasers Group, no two days are ever the same. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will oversee the visual merchandising team and work closely with Retail Managers and Sales Advisors, driving brand presentation excellence and contributing to the store’s commercial success.
