What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Portfolio of creative work spanning digital and traditional media, Experience working within established brand strategies, design systems and guidelines, Formal training in graphic or visual design and/or 4+ years of experience in a design studio, agency or in-house creative team, Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat, Proficiency in Figma is required, Proven expertise working with Adobe Firefly or similar generative AI tools is required, Experience with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Word, is required, Demonstrated experience creating visual communications, campaigns and presentations, Proven ability to deliver clean, accurate, refined, production-ready artwork
Nice to Have
Experience with Adobe Premiere, After Effects and Audition is a plus, Expert knowledge of digital production video and print experience is a plus, Experience designing digital assets for Microsoft 365 platforms, including SharePoint, Teams and Stream — or similar platforms, Experience in B2B marketing or financial services is not required, but is a plus
