Now, let's make sure you're a good fit for the role: Must-have Skills: Production Design: Designs and produces visual content — including display ads, email graphics, social media assets, presentations, and print collateral — using pre-defined templates, ensuring production-ready deliverables. Brand comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities. Nice-to-have: AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including asset creation, workflow automation, or research. Identify opportunities to streamline production processes. AEM or Figma: Familiarity with content management or collaborative design platforms. Regulated Industry Experience: Background in financial, pharma, or legal environments with an understanding of compliance-driven workflows. Marketing Workflow Knowledge: Familiarity with collaborative review cycles and brand governance practices.
