What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field, 3+ years of relevant experience, Proven Experience as a brand designer or a similar role, Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, HubSpot, Miro, HTML and MS365, Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and a11y best practices, visual design skills with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, experience designing decks in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides, Experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc., Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present design concepts to stakeholders, Multitasking: Work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while simultaneously managing multiple projects, Staying up to date with industry trends, software and best practices in design and applying them to enhance our products

As visual designer you will play a critical role in creating and maintaining intuitive and visually appealing designs across branding, presentations, collateral and beyond.
