10+ years UI/Product designer experience, Consumer-facing software experience, Experience on multiple platforms, Partner with UX designers, Partner with UX researchers, Partner with software developers, Partner with QA, Agile environment experience, User interface design patterns, User Centered Design methods, Mastery of Figma, Mastery of Sketch, Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Excellent visual design skills, Understanding of typography, Understanding of color theory, Understanding of composition, Understanding of branded experiences, Willingness to jump into design work, Provide guidance to other designers, Previous experience overseeing designers, Previous experience managing designers, Previous experience mentoring designers, Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Bachelor's degree in information design, Bachelor's degree in fine art, Bachelor's degree in relevant field, Able to work Mountain Time hours
