Must Have
Expected graduation between July 2027 and December 2027, Currently enrolled in a degree in Visual Design, Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field, Good oral and written communication skills in English, An online portfolio showcasing your work, Availability for hybrid work in São Paulo
Nice to Have
Interest in or experience with games, especially mobile titles, Basic familiarity with a game engine (especially Unity), Exposure to motion graphics, illustration, or 3D asset creation

We're looking for a talented and passionate Visual Design Intern to join Wildlife's Game Art Team in São Paulo. The Game Art Team at Wildlife is growing. With an audience that numbers in the millions, our games have the power to impact countless lives. Our games connect people with interesting characters, vibrant worlds, and unforgettable experiences. That's no small task, but we have a powerful secret weapon: our people. The Wildlife team is a collection of world-class talent, a team focused on synergy, collaboration, and growing strong together. As a Visual Design Intern, you will be immersed in a multidisciplinary environment where you'll learn how to find solutions to complex systems with a focus on visual clarity and design cohesiveness. You'll work alongside artists, Product Managers, Engineers, and creative leaders, getting hands-on experience with the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) of our games — the first and most important point of contact with our players. The right person for this position is curious by nature, comfortable in a "take the initiative" environment, loves solving problems, and can thrive in a fast and growing business. What you'll do Craft: You will learn and assist in the design of UI elements such as menus, illustrations, HUD, pop-ups, and key visuals. You'll also support the development of UX deliverables including prototypes, wireframes, and mockups Collaboration: You will work alongside Art Directors and other disciplines such as Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to contribute to user-friendly and cohesive game experiences. Game Developer Mindset: You will gain hands-on experience creating and implementing design assets while developing an understanding of how players experience content. Problem Solving: You will have the opportunity to work on different projects and apply your skills to support Visual Design challenges.
