Candidates must be based in the US, Proximity to our office in Northern NJ is preferred but not required

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years of experience in packaging design, visual communication, or production design, Proven experience working with complex dielines and preparing printer-ready artwork, Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, understanding of print production processes, color management, and packaging specifications, Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a deadline-driven environment, Collaborative and communicative team player with interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Nice to Have

preferably within consumer products or CPG portfolio demonstrating expertise in packaging design, typography, layout, branding, and production execution, Illustration skills are a plus

Create visually compelling layouts

Prepare and manage production-ready files

Execute packaging revisions

and retail display assets

Maintain attention to detail

Support additional creative projects
