Support on assembling a team of world class executers

Scale Peec AI across multiple functions and departments

Take ownership of end-to-end hiring pipelines

Conduct first-round interviews and help assess candidates for a wide range of roles (technical and non-technical)

Peec AI helps teams track their visibility across AI search, measure performance, and uncover opportunities to grow their organic presence in an increasingly complex search landscape. About the role We’re looking for a Visiting Founder Associate (Talent) to help us build the team that will shape the future of Peec AI. In this role, you’ll work closely with our CEO and recruiting team to identify, engage, and hire exceptional talent across multiple functions. You’ll take ownership of key parts of the hiring process, from proactive sourcing and outreach to managing pipelines and conducting first interviews, while partnering with hiring managers across the company. This is a unique opportunity to gain a front-row seat to how a high-growth startup assembles a world-class team.
