Nice to Have
Experience in sourcing (LinkedIn/Juicebox), recruiting, or talent research, Exposure to fast-paced hiring environments or venture-backed startups, Exposure in client facing positions in sales, retail, hospitality, etc., Familiarity with ATS systems (Ashby), or other recruiting tools, interest in people, culture, and scaling organizations, Passion for the startup ecosystem and building world-class teams
What You'll Do.
Support on assembling a team of world class executers
Scale Peec AI across multiple functions and departments
Actively identify and engage top talent through proactive sourcing
Take ownership of end-to-end hiring pipelines
from sourcing and outreach to interviews and funnel management
Conduct first-round interviews and help assess candidates for a wide range of roles (technical and non-technical)
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with the founding recruiting team; Partner cross-functionally with hiring managers across Engineering, Product, GTM, and Finance to align on role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities; work closely with founders

About the role We’re looking for a Visiting Founder Associate (Talent) to help us build the team that will shape the future of Peec AI. In this role, you’ll work closely with our CEO and recruiting team to identify, engage, and hire exceptional talent across multiple functions. You’ll take ownership of key parts of the hiring process, from proactive sourcing and outreach to managing pipelines and conducting first interviews, while partnering with hiring managers across the company. This is a unique opportunity to gain a front-row seat to how a high-growth startup assembles a world-class team.
