What You'll Do.
look after our properties
prioritise and manage your own workload independently
supporting residents in maintaining their well-being and independence
general management of the building
organising repairs and maintenance of communal areas
organising repairs and maintenance to the structure of the property
oversee contractors who are on annual contracts
carry out the communal cleaning
gardening and window cleaning
first point of contact for any resident complaints
leasehold enquires or property alterations
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
support from your Regional Manager and Head Office Team; support from a Training and Support Assistant; working closely with people from all backgrounds; develop and nurture good working relationships with residents, contractors and clients
