What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Ph. D. in Mathematics or related field, Demonstrated expertise in teaching Calculus classes to students in all engineering and science majors at the undergraduate level, with a commitment to excellence in pedagogy, Proficiency in utilizing technology, including interactive whiteboards, graphing calculators, mathematical software (e. g. , MATLAB, Python), and online learning platforms, communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to effectively engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds
Nice to Have
Having an expertise in developing or implementing teaching innovation tools is a plus
What You'll Do.
Teach up to four undergraduate courses per semester
