What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma or equivalent, At least two (2) years reception, hospitality, or customer service experience, Basic PC skills with MSWord and Outlook, data entry into company software, Current Hepatitis vaccination (HBV), CA Drivers’ License and good driving safely drive Company vehicles
What You'll Do.
Answer incoming calls and greet families
Screen callers or visitors
Provide appropriate assistance or guidance
Provide verbal and/or written viewing/service information
Provide driving/walking directions
Direct visitors to location of restrooms
Receive deceased personal belongings from family
Prompt family about special requests or return of
Inventory personal belongings
Log into software system
Package personal belongings
Deliver to Quality Control
Assist with visitation room set-up
Assist with casket placement
Assist with casket viewing of deceased
Assist with floral arrangements
Assist with general set-up of receptions
Assist with serving receptions
Assist with clean-up of receptions
Greet and assist visitors
Perform other responsibilities as requested or assigned
