Arηs Group was acquired by Accenture in July 2024. * Administering the virtual computing environment (such as VMware vSphere) * Administering monitoring solutions for virtual environments * Patch management, managing backups and restores * Administering, supporting and monitoring of hardware servers, fibre optic fabrics and data storage * Troubleshooting of virtual environments * Tuning, optimizing and capacity planning * Recommending and implementing best practices and security standards * Updating the technical documentation and operating procedures * Implementing changes according to ICT change management procedures * Providing 2nd line support to other IT teams and coordinating with 3rd line of support * Participation in coordination and project meetings- Other specific duties aligned to profile as assigned by supervisor ## Qualifications * Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of IT experience. * Experience in administration of complex and large virtual environments (such as VMware vSphere or Nutanix) * Experience with virtual environments’ monitoring tools (such as VMware Aria Operations) * Experience updating and upgrading virtual environments and related products * Knowledge of TCP/IP networking * Experience in collaborating with multiple support groups * Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL based change management, configuration management and release management processes * Good organizational and prioritising skills * A proactive attitude, team-work spirit, being self-motivated with a strong user orientation * Good comm
